most probably di ppl cant get balance becoz of their poor skill....remember.....we have to use 8 character foot..AND...for every step on the ice...you have to use 8 character foot...no matter step up or down......and you have to move your centre of mass down...so as to keep balance...that's my advice...try try la...hahah

I can see my girl friend again....haha....okok....I promise dont mention such things so much....Today I have to give back a nice notebook to her....I miss the notebook....

| DOnt know why, I start enjoy writing dialy. However, most importantly

I went to see Chinese Doctor, shocking? DOnt try to think I am so
western, actually I also like Chinese things....till now, I still
afraid go to toilet, when think of pour of Blood inside the

The chinese medicine is not nasty
actually....one secret to everyone of you, that ISAAC DONT KNOW HOW TO
EAT PILLS...hahah...so everytime I BITE those fucking pills, comparing
to western medicine, chinese medicine is much better...

today I go to pay the bills of my HKU credit card. I enjoying using
credit card, but when bill arrives, lose big bucks....
